On this website, I will do my very best to provide you with everything you need to know in order to love Slash. I love Slash, he is my favorite artist of all time. Ever since I first saw him when I played guitar hero 3 about ten years ago, I was obsessed with him. It’s a bad obsession. I just remember how sick he looked dressed all black and having his face covered with his long hair, sunglasses and famous top hat. When I knew he belonged to Guns N Roses, I started listening to them for a couple of years and didn’t really expand myself from only a couple of albums let alone the rest of his bands. It was only about some 5 or 6 years ago that I slowly started learning about all of his discographies and different bands. I was missing out on a whole lot. I then tried Hollywood Rose which is the precursor or Guns N Roses. Soon after that I went for Velvet Revolver and I couldn’t believe how sick this was. Then, I went for Slash’s Snakepit and his solo album. Finally, his most recent and current band has me hooked like a prostitute on crack. Slash Ft. Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators. This is the reason why rock is still alive! I hope this bands holds out longer than his previous ones because they are godlike. I gotta say, he hit the jackpot by choosing Myles Kennedy as the lead singer. (I will be going in depth on each of his bands on later blogs)

I love the passion he has for guitar playing because it shows through his music. You can tell by his music that he loves the guitar. You can see how he expresses his feelings through his guitar playing.

A very important thing to appreciate about Slash is his god damned style. He is the best dressing person I know. He is the reason why I love dressing full black. I try my best to replicate his style. While I might not look like him, just dressing full black and trying to get as close as I can to looking like him, it makes me feel so confident and so happy. It makes me feel like a rock star.

On this website, I will have ten blog posts and they will be about the following topics. The first will be my introduction to Slash and how this bad obsession started. Then I will talk about Slash’s background. I will give a brief summary of who he is and how he became the man he is now. The next blog will be about his style and needless to say, it will come straight from my heart. The following will be a blog about some tattoo ideas inspired by Slash. On the next five blogs, I will be giving my opinion and brainstorming about all of his bands. And of course, I will be recommending my favorite songs from his different eras. Finally, the last blog will be concluding Slash’s influence in my life.

Slash has influenced me in the way I try to dress and the way I try to act. Slash is tranquil, he is calm and very well-mannered. I want to feel like he feels, very confident and relaxed. He seems as if he doesn’t have a thing to stress about. When I get to make music of my own it will be heavily influenced by Slash. It has to be based on his bluesish and rockish style. His impact on me is him being him. I can’t pinpoint it exactly. He is great at what he does because he does it with passion. He is very recognizable. He knows how to make an entrance. You will recognize him even if you don’t know him.

Slash is an example to follow. Slash is my culture and I hope I can make you appreciate him as I do.
